Lorraine Hansberry Theatre Youth Academy's ImaginARTS program uses theatre to build lasting life skills for African-American students with a special focus on improving reading skills, building vocabulary, increasing attention spans, improving communication skills, fostering creativity, building self-confidence and developing leadership skills.
